The property offers a private Jacuzzi and a communal shared swimming Pool and garden, with off road covered private parking Located in a peaceful area of Siller and 10 mins walk to beach & town of Port de Pollensa.
The property is a spacious contemporary south west facing apartment with stunning mountain views . Situated on the first floor with a lift , the apartment is on two levels with air conditioning throughout.
The front door opens into a large open plan living /dining area that leads to a large terrace perfect for alfresco dining. The well-equipped kitchen can be accessed from both the living room and the terrace.
Off the living room there are two twin bedded rooms one of which leads on to the terrace and a newly fitted family bathroom with a large walk in shower and modern fittings.
The stairs from the lounge lead to the large upper terrace and the master bedroom which has also had a and newly reformed en suite.
Outside there is a good sized Jacuzzi, a lovely new sofa area with a large electrical awning for the really warm days in Mallorca, a large dining table and sun loungers making it a great location for catching the sun all day and making those holiday memories.
The upper terrace also has an outdoor kitchen complete with grill, a further fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a dining area perfect for wining and dining as the sunsets over the Tramuntana Mountains.
Although a car is not necessary there is one off street parking space. A large supermarket is within 5 minutes walk and the main town and beach is approximately a 10-minute walk making a perfect location for families.

We are a family of 5 (8, 12, 14) and this villa is amazing. It was spotlessly clean with three good big bedrooms. The top bedroom has an ensuite There is a large lower balcony and an enormous roof top balcony with jacuzzi and cooking area which got tsee more
We are a family of 5 (8, 12, 14) and this villa is amazing. It was spotlessly clean with three good big bedrooms. The top bedroom has an ensuite There is a large lower balcony and an enormous roof top balcony with jacuzzi and cooking area which got the sun from around 10am until sundown. The roof top balcony really is fantastic with views inland of the mountains. There is a huge shop about 5 minute walk away and the main promenade/restaurant strip is a leisurely 10-15 minute stroll. A few minor points to mention. The communal pool was not usable in the first week of April. It was murky and untreated. There is a single hot water tank for showers so can run out of hot water if any one person decides to take a very long shower! The tank fills again in about 1 hour. Dickinson were responsive but they are a company with office hours so not as responsive as other Airbnb hosts in my experience. But overall we loved the apartment and would definitely recommend for a family of 5-6!
