Duplex Paris is a modern and spacious duplex apartment that enjoys a perfect location, just 200m from the sandy beach of Puerto Pollensa and within walking distance of the town center with all amenities. You do not need a car, since all the amenities are close to the property. The sandy beach is only a 2-minute walk away. Supermarkets and restaurants 5 minutes on foot. It is perfect to spend a relaxing vacation close to everything you need.
The residential area is very quiet and surrounded by nature located near the La Gola nature reserve.
The apartment built in 2006 has 140 m² of living space and 3 balconies, one facing the living room and 2 facing the bedroom and a large terrace on the ground floor with direct access to the car park.
The property offers 3 large bedrooms, all with single beds. The rear bedroom offers a bathroom with a bath, a family bathroom and a guest toilet on the ground floor, a spacious living/dining room and a fully fitted modern kitchen.
All rooms are light and airy thanks to large double glazed windows and terrace doors.
It has a large terrace with dining area invites you to enjoy al fresco meals every day.
Built in 2006, the property has modern details such as air conditioning, electric shutters and high quality finishes.
Eco-tax not included. €2 + 10% VAT per adult per night.
