The beautiful villa, 'Villa Hernan' is located in the stunning area of Alcudia called Bonaire. In a quiet environment just a minute's drive from the Mal-Pas marina and its famous beaches. The property offers a private pool with sun loungers and a barbecue, ideal for relaxing and eating outdoors.
On the ground floor is a spacious fully fitted kitchen with utility room, which leads into the living room with a comfortable lounge/dining room offering plenty of light from the surrounded patio doors that lead directly onto the pool area, perfect for a quick dip first thing in the morning.
Also on the ground floor are 2 bedrooms, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom along with the family bathroom, with a generous size shower.
It should be noted that both bedrooms have direct access to the pool area.
The beautiful and spacious living room with fireplace, which leads you to the
patio with a beautiful space to eat and relax outdoors. Or to enjoy a fabulous barbecue and pool.
On the upper floor, there is the master bedroom with a double bed that also has a private bathroom and balcony overlooking the bay of Pollensa, ideal to enjoy these views with sunset.
It is an ideal villa to be away from the noise but at the same time in a few minutes by car from everything you need to spend an unforgettable vacation.

Remarkable facts about the area:
The area is very quiet - next to a nature reserve a few minutes from supermarkets
and all the attractions of the main cities of Alcudia and Pollensa. The nearest Mal Pas
the beach is 10-15 minutes away, as well as several restaurants and bars. the shops and
restaurants in the charming old town of Alcudia are 5 minutes away by car, the lively
bars, cafes facing the sea and nightlife of Puerto Alcudia 10 minutes away and Puerto Pollença
it's only 12 minutes.
The residential area of Cielo de Bonaire is also across the bay (or a ten-minute drive) from the bustling Puerto de Pollença. The city is definitely worth visiting for a walk along the famous Pine Walk and a stop at the Illa d'Or hotel for a gin and tonic. The beautiful drive to the Formentor lighthouse is also a must, with a visit to the famous Hotel Formentor topping our area to-do list.
Alcúdia is also about 5 minutes away by car. This 13th century town is perfect for soaking up traditional Mallorcan culture with plenty to do and see. We recommend a walk through the fortified walls of the city. The tourist hotspot of Port de Alcudia is a further 5 minute drive away, where you can find an abundance of bars, restaurants and nightlife venues.
We recommend renting a car if you are staying at this property.
