General conditions


1.  Making your booking

When you make a reservation at a property with us please take note that the deposit is required to be paid within five days.

If your booking is less than 5 days prior to your arrival date we require the payment within 24 hrs. of receiving our written confirmation of your booking.
Your booking is made as a consumer for the purpose of a holiday and you acknowledge that no liability can be accepted for any business losses howsoever suffered or incurred by you. 

Once your deposit have been received and accepted by us, we will issue you with our written confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse any booking prior to the issue of our written confirmation. If we do this we will promptly refund any money you have paid to us. You should carefully check the details of our written confirmation and inform us immediately of any errors or omissions. 

 

2.  Paying for your booking

Payment of the reservation deposit must be made within five days of making the booking. You will be asked to make the final payment for the remainder of the rental amount at least eight weeks prior to the arrival date, as agreed in our written booking confirmation, if your booking less then 8 weeks you are required to pay the full amount of your reservation.  If you fail to make a payment due to us in full and on time then we may treat your booking as canceled by you. 

 

3. If you cancel or modify your reservation

If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, you must send your request in writing as soon as possible. You will also be asked to confirm your cancellation in writing or by email to the addresses on our written confirmation.

Cancellation will not take effect until we receive your written confirmation.

 

· Any cancellation requested before 14 days (2 weeks) after the reservation is confirmed, will have 100% of the deposit refunded (subject to the arrival date being more than 8 weeks before your arrival)

· Any cancellation requested 60 days (8 weeks) before the arrival date, the deposit paid will not be refunded.

· Any cancellation less than 60 days before the arrival date, will incur a loss of the initial deposit and the payment of 8 weeks.

 

Information in the event of a pandemic, epidemic or force majeure

If you have a confirmed reservation with us and are unable to travel due to Spanish Government restrictions and have paid the full amount of the reservation, we will offer you a change of dates within 12 months after the arrival of the original reservation or a voucher reservation if you cannot confirm the dates at this time to use within the 12 month period from the original reservation date or, in case you do not accept the voucher, a refund of the payment of the amount will be made.

If you have a Confirmed reservation with us and at the start date of your reservation, the Spanish government have not closed borders, but your government declared that it is prohibited to travel, we will not offer a refund, although we will accept a change of dates within 12 months from the original reservation arrival date or we will offer a voucher if you cannot confirm the dates at this time for use within the 12 month period from the original reservation date.

However, if both the Spanish government and your government allow travel and you decide not to travel or your flight has been canceled or if your country of residence indicates that you must quarantine yourself upon return, or a positive COVID-19 test, the terms and conditions of the reservation will be maintained as stated and indicated when you confirmed the booking.

We recommend to all clients that they must have adequate travel insurance from the moment of booking and that they take into account any unforeseen event.

*Please note that if there is a price difference on the new dates chosen, you will be asked to pay the difference with the previous reservation.
