Located in one of the most sought-after areas of Puerto Pollensa, this cozy apartment is just a few steps from the beach and features a communal pool where you can relax and enjoy the surroundings. To make your stay more comfortable, we provide pool/beach towels, so you don’t need to bring any extra luggage!
The apartment consists of two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a trundle bed, both designed to ensure the comfort of all guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, and the living-dining room provides a warm and comfortable atmosphere to relax after a day at the beach, with stunning sea views to accompany every moment.
Both bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning.
With a modern bathroom with a shower, this apartment is ideal for a family with children, as it combines the comfort of home with the proximity to the sea and all necessary amenities. Oratge 1 Apartment is located on the first floor and there is no elevator.

We had a wonderful three-week stay in Oratge 1. We particularly enjoyed relaxing on the terrace facing the Bay.

There are a couple of things:
We had no internet for a day. Possibly because of storm Alice.
Although we only made breakfast, the cooktop was inconsistent.
The bathroom needs some attention. The shower does not drain properly, and the whole room fsee more
