The apartment Bugambilia in the area of Pinaret in Port de Pollença has 3 bedrooms and has capacity for 6 people. 2 double bedrooms with ac and a single bedroom with a trundle bed with no ac.
The property is located right next to the famous Port de Pollensa beach only 300 meter walk at the end of the road, also 300 m from the nature reserve La Gola, and 300 m from the from the restaurant Tolo´s,
The house is situated in a family-friendly neighborhood in a suburb.
The apartment is tastefully-furnished, is fully-equiped, and is 149 m². The accommodation is equipped with the following items: garden, garden furniture, fenced garden, terrace, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, central heating, air conditioning in some bedrooms, open-air parking near the building, TV.
In the gas independent kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils and toaster are provided.
Only 1 km from the rock beach in Llenaire, and a short 1 km walk along the promenad to the main square of Port de Pollensa, 1 km from the large local supermarket Eroski, 6 km from the famous Pollensa golf course, 15 km to the closes water park in Alcudia, 30 km from the train station, 60 km from the airport.
It is not allowed to use the fireplace of the house
Eco-tax not included. 2€ + 10% VAT per adult per night.
Important information for winter bookings: The heater boiler cannot be used, to heat the house they must use radiators and air conditioning in heat mode.

Once you have completed the online guest check in details we will then be able to send you the arrival details and direction to the property a week prior to your arrival.

The apartment is clean, spacious and comfortable for 5 people. A short 5 minutes walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. It is basic but worked fine for our needs.
