Apartment Can Sivella is a superbly located one bedroom studio newly redecorated on the front line of Puerto de Pollensa, with a good sized balcony offering a relaxing area with splendid views of the bay and the beach of this popular resort.
When entering the property you will find the living space and an open kitchen with spectacular views from the balcony.
To the left of the living area you will find a full bathroom with a bathtub and an open bedroom with a double bed.
The apartment also offers fitted wardrobes, an air conditioner in the living room and satellite television.
The balcony is equipped with outdoor furniture. Being located right in front of the bay, the views from here can only be classified as fantastic.This apartment, located on the second floor of the building, is a few meters from the beach, as well as a few minutes walk from the La Gola natural park and the center of Puerto Pollensa, where you will find a wide variety of shops and restaurants of all kinds.
Eco-tax not included. 2€ + 10% VAT per adult per night.
