There are some basics missing in the kitchen like a chopping board or hooks in the bathrooms and near the door.
As the Kids room has the aircon right infront of the balcony doors I imagine that to be very load in summer. In Winter it was already to see more

The door lock is a bit tight. The shutters in the bedrooms need a safety hook, when they are left open. They rattle when it is very windy.
