Situated on the very edge of Puerto Pollensa in the area of Siller, Villa Can Deyá is just a 15 minutes stroll from the attractive Plaza Major with its tempting choice of restaurants and bars and just a few steps further from the sea front and the Pine Walk.
This charming and surprisingly private little villa sits quietly towards the end of a lane surrounded by orchards and farm land.
With inspiring views of the rugged Formentor peninsula, the villa is set back and screened from the lane by its own small grove of fig trees. A cool covered veranda hidden beneath great swathes of bougainvillea leads to the main entrance door.
The villa has a private swimming pool and 2 bedrooms, 1 twin and 1 double bedroom upstairs. There is a family bathroom with bath/shower and open lounge kitchen dining room with TV.
To reduce energy consumption, the air conditioning is timed according to ecological measures.
The villa offers a lovely terrace area with a good size BBQ and eating area, perfect for dining al fresco.
Eco-tax not included. 2€ + 10% VAT per adult per night.

To finalise and confirm your booking you must supply us with you email address so you can then activate your customer account with Dickinson Villas, once we send you the activation details message via your given email address.

Tolle Unterkunft! Außenbereich mit Pool war der Hammer. Check In war etwas blöd, da wir den Code für das Schloss erst nach gesondertem CheckIn auf der Anbieter Seite bekommen haben. Das Innere der wirkt etwas alt aber dennoch gut ausgestattet. Abunzusee more
Tolle Unterkunft! Außenbereich mit Pool war der Hammer. Check In war etwas blöd, da wir den Code für das Schloss erst nach gesondertem CheckIn auf der Anbieter Seite bekommen haben. Das Innere der wirkt etwas alt aber dennoch gut ausgestattet. Abunzu ist die Sicherung ausgefallen, da 3 Klimaanlagen Waschmaschine und Lichter an waren. Ich würde mir eventuell eine Ausschilderung zur Benutzung des Herdes wünschen.
