Villa Can Singala is a spacious 4-bedroom villa located in the peaceful residential area of Can Singala, just a 5-minute walk from the seafront and Pine Walk. Ideal for a relaxing family vacation or an off-season getaway for cyclists, this well-equipped and well-maintained villa can accommodate up to 8 people and a baby. It also offers private parking and an alarmed garage, perfect for storing bicycles and beach items.
The villa features a spacious living room with high ceilings, a Smart TV, and WIFI throughout the property. The rustic kitchen is fully equipped and includes a small laundry area. The dining room, which seats 8 people, opens directly to the back garden, where you'll find a jacuzzi, sun loungers, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower, creating the perfect setting to enjoy the Mediterranean climate.
On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.
