This charming and surprisingly private little villa sits at the end of a cul de sac which is walking distance to the well known beach the Pine Walk and main town center.
The accommodation is equipped with the following items: fenced garden, barbecue, fireplace, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, open-air parking in the same building, 1 TV, tv satellite (Languages: Spanish).
In the gas independent kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer are provided.
Eco-tax not included. 2€ + 10% VAT per adult per night.
