With plenty of natural light and an impressive 50 m² terrace featuring spectacular views of the Sierra de Tramuntana, the property becomes the perfect retreat for couples seeking comfort and beauty in one place.
The interior has been carefully designed with an exclusive and sophisticated style. The living room, with large sliding doors that lead to the terrace, creates a unique and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for your comfort, and the spacious bathroom includes a modern shower.
The bedroom features a double bed.
The outdoor area is equipped with a chill-out sofa, sunbeds, and, of course, a private jacuzzi, making it the ideal space to relax or enjoy stargazing at night. The jacuzzi is heated, so it's nice and warm and additionally, there is an electric awning for the terrace.
The accommodation also includes access to a communal pool, covered parking off the road, and lift access. Please note that there's a flight of stairs to access the apartment.

Das Apartment ist schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Die Dachterrasse ist groß und man hat einen grandiosen Blick auf die Berge.
